"At first pour, I was a little concerned about this sake, but the funkiness blew off to reveal pleasing aromas of green apple and citrus. It is light to medium body with flavors of apple, cinnamon and a warming spice. This went perfectly with raw fish like tuna, salmon and yellow tail. Stay away from spicy tuna or other spicy dishes as this is not suitable. I was also amazed that this was lovely with raw fish and cucumber with vinegar making this perfect with salads tossed in a vinaigrette dressing."
