Black Tot - Aged Caribbean Rum (750ml)
Black Tot Description
Black Tot Rum is inspired by the historic rum blends of the British Royal Navy and showcases some of the best Caribbean rum distilleries in operation today. The blend is comprised of the following molasses-based rums: 40% Guyanese pot & column-distilled rum, aged 3–5 years, 35% pot & column-distilled, 5-year-old rum from Barbados, 20% unaged Guyanese rum distilled on pot & column, and 5% high-ester, Jamaican pot still rum, aged 3 years. Each aged rum was matured in ex-bourbon casks in its country of origin before blending, and the final mixture sees no added sugar or coloring and is not chill filtered.
A nose bursting with ripe, tropical fruit introduces a round and rich palate of gentle baking spice, coffee, baked apple, and dark chocolate. Roasted banana and a hint of anise linger on the finish. Perfect for sipping and an exciting addition to your cocktailing arsenal. 46.2% ABV
