Deep Eddy Description
Distilled from corn which is naturally gluten free, distilled 10 times and charcoal filtered.
Distillation: Deep Eddy is distilled in a state-of-the-art column still. Not only does column (or continuous) distillation allow us to distill our vodka many more times than we could using a pot still, but it also gives us a much purer distillate. This process creates a cleaner, smoother and better finished product.
Water: We use the finest water in Texas from an aquifer deep beneath the earth. It’s as perfect as water gets.
Filtration: Deep Eddy is filtered over charcoal 6 times very slowly and gently. This is important because it ensures that the graceful and subtle flavors of our straight vodka won’t be stripped from the finished product.
Deep Eddy Vodka has zero byproduct or waste. Everything that goes through our column either burns up in the process or ends up in the bottle.
