Smoking Loon Description
Aromas reminiscent of fresh summer plum, wild strawberry, and lavender blossom with hints of crushed purple basil. The palate starts with flavors of bright Bing cherry and vanilla bean. On the finish, French oak notes float in to deliver hints of vanilla and nutmeg. Pair with bruschetta, oven-baked lemon pepper salmon or roasted pork loin.
