Pickup Orders

All pickup orders are currently being processed as curbside orders. See curbside pickup section below for directions.

How it Works:

Browse through our inventory right here at jcanals.com.  Add your items to your shopping cart.  When you're ready, just enter your billing information and the name of the person picking up the order, then we'll do your shopping for you and have your order waiting for you to pick up.  Just visit Customer Service and someone will bring your completed order right to you.

A few things to note:

• Both the person placing the order and the person picking it up must be 21 years of age or older.  Please have your ID ready when you come to the store to pick it up.  
• When you place your order, you will be emailed a confirmation which will include an Order Number.  The person picking up the order must present this Order Number and their valid ID before the products will be released to them.
• You will receive a second email when your order is ready to be picked up.  Please wait for this confirmation that the order is ready before visiting the store.  Please allow up to 24 hours to process your pickup order.
• All pickup orders must be pre-paid online using a valid credit card.  We do not accept payment in-store for pickup orders.
• Refunds for online pickup orders will only be made at the managers' discretion.

Curbside Pickup Orders

Our curbside pickup service works as follows:

• Place an order on jcanals.com or our mobile app.
• You will receive two emails. The second email will let you know that your order is complete. Please wait for this confirmation that the order is ready before visiting the store.  Please allow up to 24 hours to process your pickup order. Our curbside pickup hours are daily from 9am-5pm. 
• When you arrive at the store, please park in one of the designated spots in front of our building with white signs numbered 1 through 6. When parked, please text your last name, order number and parking spot number to 732-589-2564 and a member of our staff will bring out your order. Anyone picking up an order must be over 21 and have their ID ready.
• Beginning Monday, June 22, 2020 all pickup orders will have a $3.99 processing fee.
